Deborah is a Certified Meditation and Mindfulness instructor and the founder of GratefulOM. Her lifelong passion for mindfulness led her to achieve Mindfulness Master Practitioner certification from Natura Training Institute and Teacher Certification from the Chopra Center. Deborah also holds Marketing and Management degrees in business from Indiana University.
With over thirty-five years of marketing and management experience in Fortune 500 corporations, her high-demand positions led Deborah to became serious about mindfulness. Recognizing that corporate productivity often came at the expense of employee health and well-being, she found a way to change the paradigm in the workplace to one of shared benefit for employees and employers. It became her driving passion to share this knowledge.
